We provide ductless mini split installation, maintenance, and related HVAC services as described on the Site.
3. Quotes, Payments & Cancellations

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Deposits or full payments may be required before scheduling.

Taxes, permits, or unforeseen work may incur additional fees.

Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled service may result in fees.
4. Warranties & Disclaimers

Manufacturer warranties apply to installed equipment (e.g., 10-year parts warranty).

Labor warranties are as specified in your service agreement.

Except as expressly provided, services are offered “AS IS” without additional warranties.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in dispute.
6. Intellectual Property
All Site content (logos, images, text) is owned by or licensed to Mini Split Specialist. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, transmit harmful code, or infringe on intellectual property rights.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts in Lee County, Florida. Mediation is encouraged before formal proceedings.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or other lawful reasons.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms and will post updates with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our Site means you accept the revised Terms.
